Meet our leaders
Alex is the Vice President and General Manager of Macro Helix, leading the strategic and operational direction of the business. Prior to joining Macro Helix, he was the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development with McKesson Corporation, helping deliver growth and optimization strategies to the Retail and Health System divisions. Before McKesson, Alex was a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s M&A and Strategy practice, partnering with clients in the healthcare industry to deliver strategic growth through M&A. Alex believes our business’ success is tied directly to the success of our customers, and works closely with our team to drive value-creating solutions.
David is the Vice President of Sales, managing all aspects of sales and sales strategy. He previously held a leadership position with McKesson’s Enterprise Information Systems, which included sales management of hospital information systems, revenue cycle, supply chain and several other software solutions and services. David possesses 20 years of experience as a healthcare sales leader with a solid track record of building effective sales teams, winning complex sales, solving the challenges related to healthcare delivery, and establishing successful leadership in marketing technology
Amy is the HR Business Partner for Macro Helix. She has over 18 years of human resources experience, 10 of those with McKesson Corporation, primarily focused in Customer Operations and healthcare technology. Amy’s primary goal is to partner with leaders to provide customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions including talent management, organization design and effectiveness, engagement, and culture and diversity.
Nick has served as the Finance Manager for Macro Helix since 2015. He is dedicated to providing clear financial visibility to the organization, which enables the Macro Helix team to focus on delivering world-class 340B solutions for its customers and their affiliates. Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
Matt Lemin is the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Macro Helix. Since joining the company in 2015, he has held several key positions with Macro Helix’ Audit Support and Regulatory Affairs teams, specializing in 340B compliance, public policy, and program audits. Prior to joining Macro Helix, Matt’s background included positions as a legislative aid and in government relations.
John is the Sr. Manager of Portfolio Marketing for Macro Helix. He has 15 years of experience in marketing, product management, strategic planning, training, education and sales at Fortune 500 companies. In his marketing roles, John has been responsible for both upstream and downstream marketing in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University.
Andrew is the Vice President of Product Strategy and Business Development for Macro Helix. He leads Macro Helix’s 340B product management and growth across the business. Collaborating with the Leadership Team, he develops the overall business strategy, ensures strategic alignment between current initiatives and long-range objectives, plans and executes the product portfolio strategy, and drives execution of critical innovation programs. Andrew possesses more than 15 years of experience with strategic planning, business development, and process improvement in the medtech and biotech sectors of the healthcare industry. Before joining Macro Helix, he was Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development with the Global Center for Medical Innovation, an independent medtech service provider and a university-based affiliate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to that, Andrew served as Director of Business Development and Program Leadership with Emory Healthcare, and in roles with increasing responsibility at Solvay Pharmaceuticals/AbbVie, Bristol-Myers Squibb/Dupont Pharmaceuticals, and the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt is the Vice President of IT/R&D for Macro Helix. He is responsible for ensuring that our platform remains modern and we meet the evolving needs of our customers. Matt plays a key role in driving collaboration across the organization to deliver on key projects. Matt brings 25 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-level applications for both small start-ups and large businesses. Prior to Macro Helix, Matt worked at Change Healthcare where he successfully led the R&D efforts of two new products within the revenue cycle and analytics space. While much of his career has been in healthcare, he has also worked in telecommunications and energy.
