Meet our leaders
Scott is the Vice President and General Manager of Macro Helix, leading the strategic and day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to assuming leadership of Macro Helix, he managed the Independent Pharmacy, Retail National Chain Pharmacy, and Outpatient Pharmacy segments of McKesson Pharmacy Systems, focusing on overall customer success, product strategy and business growth. Before joining McKesson, Scott was a partner at the global consulting firm Accenture, where he helped companies leverage technology to improve overall business operations. Scott takes a customer-centric approach to leadership and attributes his success to developing great teams.
David is the Vice President of Sales for Macro Helix, managing all aspects of sales and sales strategy. Prior to joining Macro Helix, he held a leadership position with McKesson’s Enterprise Information Systems, which included sales management of hospital information systems, revenue cycle, supply chain and several other software solutions and services. David possesses 20 years of experience as a healthcare sales leader with a solid track record of building effective sales teams, winning complex sales, solving the challenges related to healthcare delivery, and establishing successful leadership in marketing technology.
Maggie is the HR Business Partner for Macro Helix. She has over 16 years of human resources experience, 14 of those with McKesson Corporation, primarily focusing on healthcare technology. Maggie’s primary role in Macro Helix is to align the talent strategy with the business strategy in order to meet both short- and long-term goals. Her expertise includes talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
Dawn is the Vice President of Customer Support and Audit Support for Macro Helix. She has over 15 years of experience leading operations for support and technical business units at Fortune 500 companies. Dawn’s focus since joining Macro Helix has been on leading the strategic direction and execution of an exceptional customer experience. Her expertise in transforming contact centers and focus on using customer feedback to drive change has resulted in numerous invitations to speak at industry conferences.
Nick has served as the Finance Manager for Macro Helix since 2015. He is dedicated to providing clear financial visibility to the organization, which enables the Macro Helix team to focus on delivering world-class 340B solutions for its customers and their affiliates. Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
Christy is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance and a founding member of Macro Helix. Throughout her tenure with Macro Helix, she has overseen many teams: Education, Communications, Customer Support, Audit, Quality Assurance, Data Validation, Product Management, and Implementations. Prior to joining Macro Helix, Christy spent 15 years as a certified pharmacy technician. Her background includes working in independent and retail chain pharmacy settings, as well as teaching math and pharmacy technician courses at various levels.
Kande is the Vice President of Implementations for Macro Helix, leading the implementation of all products for both health systems and contracted retail and specialty pharmacies. Prior to joining Macro Helix, she worked as a pharmacy manager and consultant, gaining valuable knowledge about all aspects of running a pharmacy. Kande’s expertise in hospital data infrastructure and systems has helped Macro Helix refine its implementation and data validation processes.
Raheem is the Vice President of Research and Development for Macro Helix. He has 20 years of experience in software development and information technology, the past 10 of which he has spent developing hospital information systems and high-volume clearinghouses. Raheem has a keen interest in the intersection of technology and business, focusing on how best to use technology to meet customers’ needs. Prior to joining Macro Helix, Raheem worked at RelayHealth Financial where he introduced big data frameworks and real-time stream analytics, which transformed the way the business stored, processed and used data to enhance its customers’ operations.
John is the Sr. Manager of Portfolio Marketing for Macro Helix. He has 15 years of experience in marketing, product management, strategic planning, training, education and sales at Fortune 500 companies. In his marketing roles, John has been responsible for both upstream and downstream marketing in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University.
Andrew is the Vice President of Product Strategy and Business Development for Macro Helix. He leads Macro Helix’s 340B product management and growth across the business. Collaborating with the Leadership Team, he develops the overall business strategy, ensures strategic alignment between current initiatives and long-range objectives, plans and executes the product portfolio strategy, and drives execution of critical innovation programs. Andrew possesses more than 15 years of experience with strategic planning, business development, and process improvement in the medtech and biotech sectors of the healthcare industry. Before joining Macro Helix, he was Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development with the Global Center for Medical Innovation, an independent medtech service provider and a university-based affiliate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to that, Andrew served as Director of Business Development and Program Leadership with Emory Healthcare, and in roles with increasing responsibility at Solvay Pharmaceuticals/AbbVie, Bristol-Myers Squibb/Dupont Pharmaceuticals, and the University of Pennsylvania.
